White Lesangue, Cheese, Pepper or Parsley Sauce

Mix Corn Flour and a small amount of Milk into a thick paste.
Heat Milk slowly in a Sauce Pan and add any Optional Extras to create your desired sauce.
Add the Milk and Corn Flour Paste slowly into the sauce while stirring to thicken with a Wooden Spoon.
Add some Double Cream, Salt and Pepper.
Red Lesangue and/or Bolognese Sauce

Open the Tin of Tomatoes with a Tin Opener and put them into the Mixing Bowl.
Add Tomato Puree Paste, Chilli Powder, Mixed Herbs, Salt and Pepper to the Tomatoes.
Crush up the Tomatoes with a Wooden Spoon and blend the mixture together.
