Advised Directions
Apple seeds and core should not be eaten.
Orange seeds should not be eaten.
Banana skin should not be eaten.
Lemon skin should not be eaten.
Lime skin should not be eaten.
Kiwi skin should not be eaten.
Mango skin and center stone should not be eaten.
Melon skin and seeds should not be eaten.
Pineapple skin and core should not be eaten.
Cherry stones should not be eaten.
Plum stones should not be eaten.



Dried Fruit, Nuts and Seeds

  • Cashew
  • Almond
  • Walnut
  • Oats
  • Rasins
  • Pistachio
  • Brazil Nut
  • Peanut
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Dried Banana
  • Dried Strawberry
  • Coconut

Directions
Nut shells should not be eaten.
Braking the nut shell will reveal the nut inside.
Coconut brown shell should not be eaten, all inside is edible.
A blender machine or blitzer will help getting smaller pieces, desecrated or smashed up nuts.



Fruit Smoothie Drinks

Base Liquid

  • Fruit
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Soya Milk
  • Fruit Juices

Sweetening

  • Sugar
  • Syrup
  • Honey
  • Sweetener
  • Chocolate Bars
  • Sherbet Powder
  • Jam Preserves

Thickening

  • Ice Cream
  • Ice Cubes
  • Cream
  • Yogurt
  • Breakfast Cereal
  • Nuts
  • Jelly

Directions
Using a Blender Machine and add bigger sized chunks at the bottom.
Add Base Liquid, Sweetners and thickening options from above and blitz together using the machine.



One Person

Basic Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Fruit
  • Sugar
  • Dried Fruit & Nuts
  • Yogurt
  • Honey

Optional Extras

  • Crushed Breakfast Cereal
  • Cream
  • Custard
  • Jam Preserves
  • Jelly
  • Syrup
  • Chocolate

Equiptment

  • Knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon

Directions
Use a Knife to cut fruits into chunky pieces and add to a Mixing Bowl.
Add Sugar into the Mixing Bowl and stir with a Wooden Spoon to lightly cover all of the fruit.
Serve with Yogurt, Honey and a handful of Dried Fruit, Seeds and Nuts.
