Short Crust Pastry

Put the Plain Flour, Vegetable Fat, Margarine, Baking Powder and Salt into a Mixing Bowl and dice into small chunks with a Knife.
Once made small enough, use your hands to crumble the mixture until it looks like bread crumbs.
Add a small amount of water to the mixture until it binds together.
Sprinkle Plain Flour on a flat surface, putting the pastry in the middle.
Roll out the Pastry to the required size on the floured surface using the Rolling Pin.
Batter Mixture

Directions
Add the Plain Flour to a Large Mixing Bowl and make a well hole in the middle.
Crack the Eggs in the well of the Plain Flour.
Add a small amount of Milk at one time while mixing together with a Whisk to thicken.
Note: Adding the Milk fast results in lumpy batter and will not thicken correctly.
Burger Relish

Directions
Use a Knife and dice a small amount of Onion into very small pieces.
Cut enough Cheese to cover your burger into small blocks.
Heat a Saucepan adding nothing but the Diced Onion, stirring with a Wooden Spoon and cook until they begin to soften.
Add the Cheese Blocks to the Saucepan and melt together with the Diced Onion with a tiny amount of Spices.
Baked Beans

Open a Tin of Baked Beans using a Tin Opener and put into a Sauce Pan too heat.
Add any Optional Extras, keeping on the heat for flavours too blend and beans to soften while stirring occasionally with a Wooden Spoon.
